The biology behind the game
Neutrophils are innate immune cells that engulf microbes through phagocytosis. Penicillin interferes with cell-wall synthesis in susceptible, growing bacteria; it does not treat viruses. The pulse here is an arcade abstraction: real drug action is not instantaneous or universally effective. Shapes, scale, movement, scoring, and timing are simplified. This game does not provide treatment advice.
